I have just gotten off the phone with a consultant at Customer Care. I was on hold for 45 minutes before getting the opportunity to talk to her. Then she informed me that my previous request for Itemised Billing is "In Progress" but she cannot tell me how I can get an update or who I can contact in the back office.
On Monday 11 March, I was told that I would receive my report in 1 day, it is now going on 3!
Additionally, I created an online account to view my billing and she informed me that it would also take 24 hours to activate and then I will only get the itemised billing from the activation date which doesn't help me at all as I need to see the history (otherwise what is the point?)
I am so disappointed and almost on the verge of cancelling all contracts with Vodacom!
