I was experiencing a message likeTo ensure a great power hour experience, there is a daily purchase limit which has been reached, when i was trying ti activate my power hour and i then called vODACOM'S Call centre and the spoke to the lady called NtHABISENG and she was telling me that the terms and conditions of power hour are that there are minutes for the province and if they are exhausted you cant buy them. I was then asking my relationship with vodacom is personal, if i buy R110 airtime everyday adn the other person buys R5 once in a while how on earth can i be generated with them. Not a single time was i asked which province i am a based on when i buy airtime, i dont ever buy anything for the province when i go to vodacom today when they have their power hour promo i am being told of a province. To make it worse their call centre lady put down a phone on my ears.
