Livetrack does not work

I installed two livetrack units into my two cars on the 28th of February 2013. The one car's tracker is working correctly, but the other cars tracker is not working (can not keep the signal). The first unit vodacom installed into my car was not working from the first moment they opened it, but still they installed the device, after I complained they did a sim swop for a new device and installed the new device on the 15th of March 2013. The new device also does not want to work in the car? Now I want to cancel the contract, because I am paying for something that does not work. This also makes me wonder how reliable these devices are?
