Pathetic service

I have been battling with my account with Autopage since I sign-up with them. I'm suppose to be a debt order costumer. Every end of the month they send me smses saying I failed to pay as a result i have to pay extra R 49 for falling to pay in time. I have been calling them since last year trying to sort this debt order payments and all my efforts were in vine. I'm wasting my money and time calling them to sort 1 thing and paying extra R 49. For their incompetency which is unfair. I phoned them today (26/03/2013) same story as the other times and they put me on-hold for 5 minutes. I'm not happy and very irritated with the pathetic service.
