Pensioner has to query his account every month

My father in-law has a debt order going off his account from a "Naidoo" person every month of R399. He has complained to the bank and every month he completes forms and Absa refund him the R399 and yet allow the debt order to go through and the poor man has to keep phoning Absa, driving to his branch and sorting this out every single month. This is unacceptable and about time ABSA does something about this. He has clearly indicated to you he has no idea who these people are, yet you allow the debt order the through. Not only is this frustrating but costing him time, money to go to Absa every month. He has banked with you his entire life and you could care less as his only a pensioner. He is tired of completing the same form and speaking to a line of various people, best someone who knows what they doing sort this out. Please ensure the person calling him speaks Afrikaans. If this is not resolved I am happy to take this further. Regards
