I signed a contract with autopage 2 years ago for a bb 9780. The cost is R230 that includes bis and unlimited internet, In May this year thay capped my internet to 200mb without notificating and now they are charging me BIS. This is rubbish it is built into my contract not an added extra for my account ot go up more than R60 Rand!!! I tried calling their accounts department to be on hold for more than 30 minutes which is wasting my time and money!!!
