They Charge me extra R2283.46 for BIS?

I don't need this? my account is R2283.46 extra this month, and all is BIS?
As far as I know BIS stands for Black Berry Internet Service.
I use a Samsung S4.
I did not even install BBM as i don't use it now auto page bill me for it?
I don't know what to do, they are now going to deduct an extra R2283.46 off my bank account, what about the rest of my debit orders?

I had my fair share of problems with autopage, i did not want to upgrade as the service in the past, they promised me that there service changed and that i can upgrade as there service has changed.

After that every time i had to go there wasting my petrol and my time and my money to get stuff sorted.

Now I also need to make a plan for my other debit orders to go off.
Please let me know what I must do!!
I want to cancel both my contracts as I had enough of problems with autopage.

If I need to go all the way there to sort this out I want to speak to the CEO o
