I have now reached my last straw, I am now going to complain here, and then mail all directors at MTN, and then of to the CPA Council, and maybe even the ombudsman, for the daylight thievery thats going on here. I took out a contract almost 2 years ago, which clearly indicated what the amount is I pay every month R189.00, yet you conyinue to bill me for R238.00. I have been through your customer contact centre, bunch of pencil pushers who should no be representing the company and then to the morningside office where the contract was originally taken out and still no joy. Can you not admit you are incorrect and sort out this mess, instead of passing the buck. The minute someone defaults on a contract you are quick to act, yet when MTN defaults they play the hiding game, do not respond to clients, and its buiness as usual. Very sad, to think you sponsored the world cup a world class event sponsored by a not so world class company.
