I use to be with Autopage for /- 4-5 years and I switched networks due to lack of services from them. I gave them notice in Feb 2013 about the cancellation and they had long stories about all sort of fee which would have ended up at R 516.00, while the Customer Protection Act (section 14 (2)(b) state that you only have to pay a 10% cancellation fee of the outstanding amount. This amount would have been R9.90 . I send numerous letters to them and I have never once receive a response. Autopage only send threatening sms that they will cut you phone unless you pay. Every month I have to stop the debt order at the branch and pay those extra fees. This is not the first time Autopage have done it to someone.
I am really disappointed with them and so angry about what they are doing.
