Have been waiting for a reply to the upgrade I did on the 3 March 2013 at the MTN Garden route mall in George. It has been 23 days with no help or feedback to my upgrade, The MTN store does not answer there phones nor the manager or the customer line. Called them 114 times on Saturday 23rd with no luck, called the manager on his personal cell and had no luck there either. The service I have received is not acceptable and the lack of customer service is disgusting. I had centre management on numerous times go to the store and ask them to contact me with no avail. If anyone wants to upgrade I suggest you think twice about MTN Garden route mall as something that should have been simple turned out to be ridiculous.
