I have been trying to upgrade a contract with the Mtn branch at lakeside mall in Benoni, I went into the store in January wanting to upgrade to a deal on a Samsung Galaxy S2. I was told that they do not have stock and will be ordering in the next few days, I left my cell number with them to let me know when they have stock. With no reply I have called the store twice leaving my number for them to get back to me. My partner has been into the store twice and called them once as well, each time leaving contact details. weeks later and Mtn at lakeside mall in Benoni just dont get back to us.
I have been told that you can only upgrade your Mtn contract at the store where the contract was started. I no longer want to deal with the Mtn branch at lakeside mall due to what seems to be a lack of interest.
