I'm very disappoint with the service me and my fiancee received from MTN. My fiancee got an upgrade from MTN in February, when she upgraded her phone they told her that the monthly premium will increase which is fine since she took a better phone, but she was never informed that she'll be paying an upgrade fee.
We went back to MTN to speak to a manager to address the issue, but there was no one in charge to help us, the consultant that was there apparently send out an email so we can get feedback, but for the last 7/8 weeks, every Saturday we've been going to MTN which is really out of my way, so I've been wasting my petrol, cause every time I get there someone else is on duty and they can't give me any answer.
One Saturday the lady who assisted us showed me our contract on her screen where she wrote that she told us about the upgrade fee, but we never saw or initialed next to it. I asked her to give me the managers number, so she gave me MTN in PE's number, so I again wasting airtime to get answers! And still haven't received any feedback!!!
Don't understand why I should be driving up and down and calling them! Can't wait to change network, cause the service is a JOKE!
