I called on the 19th of february to cancel my cellphone contract with mtn the told me its too early to cancel it because my contract with them expires on the 24th of february and the consultant told me to call on or after the 24th. On the 24 i called after 17:00 and I was told their cancellations department was closed. Then I called again on the 1st of March and was told that my contract will now be cancelled in April. How is it so mtn?
