I bought a Chelino Buggy from Baby Boom in Garden Route Mall, In Feb 2013, while using it for the first time I noticed that the Folding mechanism is faulty, I returned it to the store on the 18th of March 2013. In the mean time my son received a very welcome gift of a jeep buggy from his uncle, and I regret buying this buggy on impulse. CLAUDE AT Bay Boom Garden Route Mall, assured me that they will give me feedback within two weeks. No feedback yet! I called this morning and Claude said he meant 5 weeks!
Please tell me if is this regular procedure to give a client feedback in 5 WEEKS? I'm really disappointed in the mediocre service, as I usually receive very good service from the other stores I use in the Garden Route Mall.
I hope I will get some feedback by posting this complaint!
