It's me again! When am I getting a cancellation letter not to mention my refund that was confirmed by Taryn Davidson? To make things worse you debited my account with R210, 40 last night and according to you my contract was cancelled on 15/02/13. You really need to start showing some customer service skills.
It takes 30 minutes to get a contract approved but months to get it cancelled. No one ever contacted me for my previous complaints, what is wrong with you!!!
