Debit my account again

Hi my contract is cancelled with Cell C why are they still deducting they have confirmed that the contract has been cancelled this is the 2nd time they are deducting... please sort this out today they me off now they are not doing their jobs and please get better people to do the job because clearly they are not helping at all and make sure you reverse this amount of r210 immediately because you guys do not seem to know what you are doing this is and put it back into my account because i have fully paid for this cancellation... and i want it done with immediate effect
