After the constant back & forth with you guys, trying to get my data bundle to be usable without success, i submitted my cancellation of the contract 2 MONTHS AGO! i have signed documents stating i have handed in the sim & cancelled the contract 2 months ago! You then STILL BILLED ME LAST MONTH! & refused to refund me because "I used some data while i had the contract"... THATS THE REASON I TOOK OUT THE CONTRACT! TO USE IT!
I cancelled it because your network coverage was so that i couldnt use the full 20GB data i was paying for, but instead, only minimal use on EDGE!

When SISA told me he is unable to refund me, for connection fee, fee i payed for a micro sim, the months of NO 3G NETWORK coverage, or even for the month you billed me WHEN I ALREADY HANDED IN THE SIM AND RELEVANT DOCS TO YOUR KENILWORTH BRANCH, as irritated with it as i was, i let it go because Sisa told me he had cancelled the contract (1 month after i submitted it)...
But this morning, YOU BILLED ME FOR IT AGAIN!
Somebody competent please sort this out, AND REFUND MY MONEY!
