MTN- you are beyond belief. After the shocking downtime and problems that have been experienced with mtnloaded email lately you have the absolute cheek to inform your users that the service will not be able to be accessed via Outlook. This information I received via the 1555 call centre. Your email states that we can access email via [URL Removed] This information is untrue as all our email boxes have reached full capacity & we cannot access the emails at all. HOW CAN YOU PROVIDE SUCH A DIABOLICAL SERVICE
The call centre advised me that my inbox is full and cannot be cleared and as a result no new emails can be received. PLEASE DO SOMETHING-THIS SURELY CANNOT CONTINUE UNTIL MARCH
