In January I call numerous times to find out when can I upgrade and I was told by more than one consultant that I am in my 22nd month I just need to go to a 8ta Direct store. I went one afternoon in January only to by told by the store assistant that I can only Upgrade in March since this will only be my 22nd Month. I waited until a week ago only to discover that my contract is now Expiring on 31 March 2013. I went to a Telkom shop on 23 March to cancel my contract and the consultant sent a email to the relative department at 8ta. Tonight I call the call centre to find out if the email was received but Chanell Delo (very nice lady who's assistance was helpful) the Agent who assisted me could not find anything. I was advised to go the store again to cancel my contract. How many time must I go back and forth to get this done?! I am going back to the store tomorrow and would like this to be sorted out as soon as possible!
