I directed an enquiry to you regarding the ADSL product offering and my account. I have not received any response from you on my enquiry, however Russel who manages the idirect inbox has advised me that the query has been closed as the matter has been dealth with to my satisfactory. What is the purpose of having processes in place that actually means nothing? My enquiry has not been addressed and is obviously not to my satisfactory.
