I applied for a cellular contract on Saturday 12/10/2013. The contract was declined and the consultant advised me that he will send it to their Head Office in JHB. I have been holding for 40 mins and the same Girl at the switchboard keeps putting the phone through to a number that just rings and rings. When the consultant told me he will send it for review, but will only get a answer on Monday. I called the Head Office again on Tuesday, and still the lady who name is now known to me as Sante, keeps putting me to a customer service after i asked her to put me through the credit dept. Nobody at Virgen Head Office seems to know about the review and cant find any documentation at all.
After spending a hour on the phone to JHB, I still dont have any answers at all. Horrific service. Never experienced a customer service like this before in my life
