I have a virgin active account trough Discovery Vitality and the agreement was that I pay R89 per month and when I don't go to gym enough I pay R99. For the last 2 months I had a deduction on R539 no one ever informed me of the increase. I am so tired of companies our hard earned money and getting away with it. The sales pitch was if I don't go enough max R200 over two months now I have paid R1000 in two months and that is just how it is and I should just leave it at that. I wont!!! I want my account canceled and I want a refund.
