Misleading information and a stinking attitude!!

I went to Nashua mobile N1 City to buy airtime and was told that they don't have and that I should go to Pep Stores. I then said that I have a voucher, this is the macdonalds and Nashua mobile voucher to get R20 airtime free. I was then told by Iedwaan that the promotion ended on 01 March. I then told him my voucher only expires 31 March 2013. He insisted that it ha ended on 01 March and that he cannot help me, couldn't answer me when I asked why does my voucher then say 31 March 2013. He didn't even look at the voucher, just refused to help me and went on eating his bread. Nashua mobile should really look at the way their employees deal with clients and it's very unpolite to eat in front and whilst dealing with clients. The fact that my voucher expiry date is 31 March 2013 and Nashua mobile claiming it has ended 01 March 2013 would mean that there is false advertising involved. I hope that this matter can be resolved soon and in a matter which it should have been dealt with. Also, please see to it that Iedwaan gets spoken to about his stinking attitude when dealing with clients. I am awaiting feedback.
