Come on guys?

here is the link to my last post. https:///cell-c/complaints/faulty-camera-brand-new-handset-1038867. so after all of that, RAM Couriers came to collect my phone on Wednesday 20th March 2013. to my surprise, the gentleman who came to collect asked me "where must the phone go to "?? like come on, i am not the one collecting you are?

so you guys have collected my phone, i have not heard from Cell C since who knows when. what will be happening from here on out? when am i going to be receiving my new handset? yes, NEW Handset, as the old one wasn't even 7 days old. OBF i think they call it.

here my sim card is in my bag, as i can not use the micro sim in any of my old phones, so why am i paying for a service i am not getting.

i really am sure this is somehow breach of contract and i can cancel! as i really have gone though with Cell C trying to get this phone...

please advise.
