I purchased an MTN BIS bundle for R59, which gave me a 200 MB data bundle. Simply using BBM, Whatsapp, Email, and a few other internet apps (no big downloads), I was cut off on the 10th of March. There is simply no way I could have used 200 MB in 10 days. The MTN website also states that for the first 3 months, I'll be given an additional 200 MB, which I didn't receive. I then purchased a 100 MB data bundle for R39, but instead of using my newly purchased bundle, MTN deducted data charges from my airtime.
I am extremely disappointed by the poor service I've received from MTN, and after being a loyal customer for many years, I'll be switching to another network provider.
