Called to find out why I was I being charged from my airtime if I had bis for Internet usage though I had not downloaded anything, only to be told that bis and mtn are two separate entities by Anesh. I buy the bis from mtn as my service provider if I have a query where do the expect me to take it? The deal is that I pay R59 and I get internet excess for 30 days so if they don't provide the service which I payed for on all the days I'm being cheated. I payed for Internet and I also lost airtime which they won't credit back. They could have atleast informed all customers that the service won't be available and how we could be affected by this. Mtn should also make it clear that bis and mtn Internet are seperate entities and how so, that just doesn't make sense and its very misleading. The system also when I check my balance it does not correspond with the info the agents have on the system we were busy arguing over the amount of airtime I had, the balance he was giving me was not the same as the 1 reflecting on my phone.
