Recently got a new BlackBerry 9720 on contract from Cell C. The lady that offered me the contract said I had an 14 day 'out-of-box' exchange plan should anything go wrong.
Well, something DID GO WRONG. And now they REFUSE to replace my faulty handset.
I'm stuck with a phone that has a faulty camera and the consultant at Cell C Direct now tells me that they will send someone within 7 days to collect the phone and then I have to wait ANOTHER 7 days to hear what they're going to do about it. I have been waiting since 13 December 2013 for them. No response. When I call them I am told they are looking into it and that I am responsible for the costs to fix the phone because its past 7 days. Not my fault you took so long.
REPLACE THE PHONE. SIMPLE AS THAT.
Isn't that why you have the '14 day out-of-box' exchange plan?
Cell C, you better fix this UP. I will continue to post about your TERRIBLE SERVICE EVERY FIVE DAYS.
