This is now the 3rd time I've complained in the last few weeks about the service I'm getting from the USELESS Vodacom. They obviously don't give a at all about their individual clients - once again - THE RECEPTION IN MY HOUSE IS ALMOST NON EXISTENT. I experienced dropped calls on an HOURLY basis, and I live in Cape Town, one would think the reception would be good here, but no. They keep calling, and telling me they'll get someone to get back to me, then nothing after that. How can you do business like this? The next call I get, I want a solution to my problem once and for all.
