Nokia N8 still phone less for 7 months

After last report i was contacted by the local store to collect my new handset. Arriving at cell c store i got my handset in a box, not sealed. The handset was somebody Else faulty handset full of scratches and also faulty. The local store Manager send it back and left me phone less. During this 7 months I paid the contract every month. I withdraw my payment last month and was contacted immediately asking about the payment. I released the payment. Very fast to collect payment but no service and still no phone.
