Last year MWEB started offering their ADSL clients a free website address/URL and web page support. I signed up for it over the phone in Winter last year and was told I would be receiving an email with username and password within 7 days. Christmas time came and nothing from MWEB. I followed up in Feb 2013 and was told that I had to fill in and fax off forms and they didnt know how I did it over the phone? I did what I was told, faxed them off. 2 months later, still nothing. I have called technical support and sales today and both lines are engaged!? I pay MWEB, R1300.00 per month for the services "rendered". This harks of the Parastatal industry. How dissappointing!
