ACCOUNT OVERBILLED AND BAD SERVICE ATTENDENCE

Ms Cui has came across to me to assist her to resolve her account issue. She doesn't know much English.

I have been contacting MTN 0831808 and we had a reference number: 96581025

No feedback has been related to this call at all for nearly a month. I went to MTN customer care and they said that they can't help and should rather call the 0831808. I have been pushed left and right and no one is able to assist on this issue.

I later wrote a email to MTN Business to request for help then I had a email stating that I am in the wrong department and should call 0831808 and talk to Legal Department. Still MTN Legal Department cannot assist me and refer me to Billing Department. (Ref: MTNB0779533)

Please can someone help me!!!

The nature of the problem is:

Contract number: 0733137925 was initial upgraded and signup for MTN unlimited Lite on 09/12/2012. Ms Cui got her data simcard and USB data-stick that day. But after 3 days of used the bill was over R67000. MTN locked all her lines (7 lines) and she is not able to do ANY BUSINESS.
