Shocking service for a non-MTN customer!

Shocking treatment I received from mtn staff! I'm don't have a contract with MTN but there is a judgement against my name put in place by mtn for non payment. I visited the branch in Pavilion Durban to report the matter on the 9th October 2012. Ref:1263008. I was told that the matter will be resolved in a months times. I then waited a month went by still my name was not cleared. I went back to the same branch to enquir on the status another. Then the lady by the name of Aurelia sent an email to Trevashen Haripersad asking to assist with the matter this was on 7december2012 . Still my name wasn't cleared by mtn! I visited the branch again on 9 January 2013 as my name was still not cleared. Ref:95629315. My matter was still not cleared. Spoke to Lerato from 0831808 who gave me the latter reference. Up until this day my issue has not been resolved by Mtn! I'm very unhappy about the way I have been treated by mtn! I would like someone to contact me or solve the matter as soon as possible!
