Change to Cell C? Impossible!!!

Attempting to do a number port from Vodacom (and yes their service was as bad) to change to Cell C has proven to an absolute disaster! If you use 084 145 ie Cell C direct your emails are ignored, you will get stuck in the call centre loop with no-one able or willing to help you for longer than your break. The result no cell phone, no functioning cell number etc... 30days of service so bad that I thought at any moment someone was going to shout 'Smile you are on candid camera'Change to Cell C? Rather put up with the poor service from your current opperator at least you will have a cell connection!
