My Heita phone is and I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to stop my contract and go over to pre paid. I have corresponded with Melissa at Heita and have send more than 13 e-mails hence and forth without any result! I have called the call centre more than 20 times to cancel my contract and go on to pre paid but they have a really bad attitude and refuse to help me!!! I have went to 3 Heita/Telkom outlets and they claim that they can't help me in the shop I must call the call centre to cancel the contract, but with no effect!!! Heita has the worst service in South Africa!!! Stay clear of Heita!!
