I bought 10MB on the 16 March& my phone was not working till the 23rd then it kicked in round about 2.30 in the afternoon but by 7.30pm I got an sms saying I used 50% of my MB the round about 8.05 pm I got another one saying my MB are finished &I called mtn I spoke to a consultant called Sapish who was very rude& he refered me to his supervisor called Vinesh who said maybe its the email I recieved& I bought another 10MB by 11.55am on the 23rd which was finished by the following morning 4.25 while I was sleeping &I called 173 they transferd me to 1555 they told me they will help me I spoke to Bonolo who told me they were not suppose to transfer me to them they suppose to pull URL report for me he transferd me back to 173 I was helped by Nokwazi where I had to hold for 1h waiting for her supervisor then she came back saying she cannot find any supervisor I said I'm not going to hang up up until I speak to a supervior then she called Nhlakanipho Gumede who did not even want to listen to me he was speaking while I'm trying to speak up until the phone cut the i called again spoke to Gladys who transfered me to her supervisor Malekwa Matlapu who also couldnt help me Im so disappointed
