Purchased a speedo aqua mp3 player with armband on the 19 Feb. Only received the mp3 player. Sent groupon a mail on the 14 March. Did however call the call centre 3 times on the 15 march before i spoke to someone without getting cut off. I was assured they would despatch asap and i would receive it in the next week. I then got a reply from my email on the 19 March telling me it takes another 7 to 10 working days for the rest of the product to arrive. when i complained, i received no response. I then called the call centre again today, spoke to Beverley and was told that she is awaiting a reply from the logistics department and would get back to me. She never did. When i called again to investigate, and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor i was transfered to a very rude receptionist and then transfered to an unanswered number. Again in the queue that takes 20 minutes each time before the call is answered. put on hold again while they try and find out what happened to my parcel. Surely updates should be logged onto the account instead of running around trying to get answers. 30 minutes later, a rude supervisor Cindy was completely unhelpful
