I called mtn today at 1:48PM today to be assisted with the problem I had with them regarding my phone I could not make out going calls from friday morning till today so I called them to tell them that I still couldn't make out going calls. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Itumeleng Rakema she tried assisting me but she couldn't when I asked to speak to a supervisor she didn't want to put me thru, she eventually put me on hold to go get a supervisor, when she came back she told me that the supervisor was busy on the line and would call me back, I told her that I dont mind holdin because I know that they never get back to youI was put on hold for more than 30mins without anyone checking if I'm still available and whether I would still like to hold or be contacted. I was only check after 30mins and asked if I would still like to hold or be contacted... I called in to be assisted but all I got was bad customer service is this the service that I should be getting as a customer. I would like my query to be resolved as I can not waiting for a week to be assisted... I do make payment for the service after all.when working at a call centre u dont put a aclient on hold for more dan 5mins
