I ordered a iPad 32 Gig smart device online round abt 18 Oct. I got an sms from FNB confirming the order. After 10 days, I called in 2 find out what was happening with my order. I was transfered from one Consultant to another & given several numbers to call. This became a weekly thing where I was contionously told the order wld cme in the next week! Last week - I spoke 2 a Consultant clled Lebogang Lesiya, who said his Supervisor recomends that we cancel the order & place a new one as this is wat they advise Clients with a similar situation to do (this makes no sense). He was meant to call me after about 24 hours - that did not happen. I called in wanting 2 speak 2 a Supervisor, only 2 be transfered back 2 the same Consultant - who claimed the Supervisor was not available. I was on the phone for more than 30 mins then the Consultant went on to say his Supervisor (who was not available to speak to me) says they have no stock of the iPad 32Gig & doesnt know when & if at all they will have stock! This to me is an insult, considering FNB didn't have the coutersy to inform me of this & that I had to make so many calls to get answers! I am deeply disappointed 4 the bad service I received
