I called Multichoice call centre on the 18th January about a billi error and was promised the error will be rectified within 24 hours by a gentleman called Keketso and requested that somebody should contact me as soon as the error has been rectified but nobody contacted me till Tuesday the 22nd, I therefore decided to call the call centre again and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Letshesa he said to me he will escalate my issues and promised that his supervisor will sort it out tomorrow and get in touch with me. Today is the 23rd nobody contacted me again sa I took my time and used my cellphone to call again this time around I spoke to some incompitant lady called Gladness who was not helpful at all, I then asked to speak to her supervisor she made my hold for about 8 minutes and came back to me saying her supervisor doesn't want to talk to me and she can't give me a guarantee that my quiery will be solved before I am supposed to pay my next subscription.By the way should Multicoice nedd to check I was given the following reference number : 119486797
