10% DISCOUNT FOR WHAT???

Dear Vodacom,

Recently I logged a complaint about the lack of 3G or any form of data connectivity in the Witbank area. One of your people phoned me, explained the so called" plan of action and I was offered a discounted rate.

Now that said, I am still very VERY unhappy and trust me I am busy compiling a list of people who find Vodacom absolutely USESLESS. I have a fairly new 100% working phone and so does everyone I am in contact with, BUT, when trying to make a call, it is almost wishful thinking to expect to get through on the first try. On several occasions I have to phone 7, 8, 9 sometimes 10 times before I get through. This is "F-ING" ridiculous!!! Because on two occasions now, where I desperately needed to reach someone I could not get through and trust me, I wasn't in the bundus, I was in town...

I will be better of sending smoke signals, than relying on Vodacom in an emergency situation even though Vodacom has these false tv adverts stating the best reception anywhere in S.A. You are aware of the problem, thus isn't this still against my rights as the consumer??? This is S.A people, crime is everywhere!!!
