In January I took out a MTN laptop contract. Since the start the supplied modem does not work with Windows 8. The shop technician Riaan, gave me his own modem as a loan unit. Ever since the Branch Manager Jackie promised to sort out my problem. I left message which is not returned and I am still utilising Riaan's modem. MTN Cape Gate has therefore not deliver to my expectations and I am still awaiting the proper modem to work with Windows 8. This type of service is unacceptable.
