Unable to provide service as per contract

I took out a contract on 13th May 2013 whereby MTN supplied a MacBook Pro and Fastlink modem. The modem still does not connect with my Mac. Initially MTN blamed the Mac people, but after investigation it became clear that I'm not the only one at all with this problem. The modem does connect with Windows. My older model modem also connects with the Mac, but the E3131 would not. My son took the same deal a few months before me and he has a different model modem that can be put in an upright position. It works on Mac. MTN The Grove sent my original modem in "for repairs" but they simply replaced it with a brand new one, same model, same problem. Last time I was there the attendant tested it and then said he will "speak to the manager". That's another 2 weeks ago and now they simply IGNORE me. Very bad attitude indeed!! Anybody else with this same problem can contact me through HPDC so that we can get together and take proper action. Dr HE du Raan.
