I have now spoken to 5 Consultants at Cell C call centre and I still cannot get any assistance. I had the "Sim not provisioned:2" message on my phone and they informed me that a sim swopped was done on my phone... (this is not the first time that it happened). This person who done the sim swopped called the centre and they done the sim change for him over the line, but I as the customer cannot change it back so my phone is connected.
I have my own business and cannot run my business like this. I look like an when clients try and get hold of me, but they speak to this criminal.
CURRENTLY CELL C HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN SOUTH AFRICA.
I NEED SOME HELP!!! I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO A CONSULTANT OR SUPERVISOR ANYMORE. I NEED SOMEONE HIGHER UP TO ASSIST IN THIS...
