I will be cancelling my contracts with Cell C as soon as the required period has elapsed. I have tried to get my bad reception problem resolved for four months now but to no avail. It seems that they are either too stupid to understand that if I am having a problem with bad reception then calling me on my Cell C phone WILL NOT work or they just don't care. I even asked them to correspond via email and even gave them my work number. I even called the support line to speak to a supervisor but the supervisor was "In a meeting". There is also no way to get back to a specific person. My phone packed up recently and I had to get it repaired at my own cost. I believe that happened as a result of the utterly rubbish reception. Having worked in a Call Centre myself I cannot understand how Cell C can say that have "Customer Service".
