Well what can i say... Disgusted, disappointed, outraged, compromised and many more. I have had a nightmare of a time with Cell C since inception of my contract early last year. Nothing but S@#*. Now in December 2012 a criminal done a sim swop on my number. He ran the bill up to - R18 000. Everytime i go do a sim swop my phone gets a message "sim not proviosioned for:2". My phone has been suspended every second day during January, February and the saga continues. This is still carrying on Friday 1 February 2013 i was promised it is sorted and i was credited and my balance is on R0. Saturday morning i woke up and my phone was sim swapped 2 February 2013 again "sim not provisioned for:2". On 17 February 2013
my phone again "sim not provisioned for:2". i went into Cresta Cell C to do another sim swop back (how f#%$*& patient must one be), not ten minutes and my phone was swopped again "sim not proviosioned for:2". Cell C says this is not an inside job, i say. How did this person obtain all my information (cell c says its done by phishing??). I am losing clients, business and money due to this. WANT TO WRITE MORE BUT CAN'T
