I have been having problems with my network for months. I miss calls on a daily basis, cant make calls as and when I want to. Let me not even mention the internet. It gets worse in the evenings, my cell spends a lot of battery life searching for signal. Last week I called technical support, spoke to Thobani. He said I should try to register on Vodacom network manually. I tried but my sim doesn't allow registration on Vodacom, makes sense it is a Cell C sim after all. This morning I called technical support again, spoke to Nompumelelo.apparently I should register on Vodacom network automatically? It didn't makes sense coz if you select automatically you don't get any option to choose Vodacom. Apparently they are having network problems in certain areas and I stay in one of those areas, but what should I do? Move? Cell C sort this out.
