I recently upgraded my MTN contract. When I received my statement I saw that what I have been billed for was not what I agreed on paying. I noticed that there was an upgrade charge which was included in the installment something which was never mentioned by the consultant who assisted me with my upgrade at the MTN Tygervalley branch. It was just mentioned that I needed to pay for a sim swap.
I am quite unhappy about this as there is no indication anywhere about upgrade charges! This is just unacceptable.
