Incorrectly billed of unlawful subscription

Softlock was removed by the 1st March and then placed back again on 3rd March. According to the records on my phone and my knowledge I did not subscribe to any OPERA TELECOM because there was an sms sent for me to view images, but I ignored it because did not want to use internet on phone, for fear of finishing my airtime. When enquired about this, a report was sent to me indicating that I was being charged for subscription to OPERA TELECOM. I have sent emails to Nashua Mobile consultants for feedback on what their action is, the reason for this, consultant informed me that I did not subscribe, but I need to call Opera interactive and cancel. I informed the consultant that I have sent an email to operainteractive, for request to cancel. Recently I have sent an email requesting for feedback, but still no response, even though I forwarded the email that I sent to OPERA TELECOM, to the consultant. This is really disappointing as it seems that our finance is more important, but receiving good customer service from Nashua Mobile is not important. I don't understand how OPERA TELECOM has access to my cellphone number, which is illegal.
