BAD DATA CONNECTION

Last night, i wanted to connect to the Internet and discovered that instead of the normal 3G connection I was stuck with only a EDGE connection.. I discovered that my and my wife's smart phones, two other phones and a I-pad all just had an Edge connection. I even contacted two more people in town who confirmed that the all had the same problem.
As at that moment it was already to late to contact Vodacom, i subsequently did it this morning. The operator told me that they were not aware of any problem in that area. He then told me to phone 082155 tonight and then we can go through a fault finding process on my dongle and after that we established there was nothing wrong with my modern and cellphone they can report it to the department that work with bad data connections.

Now that is exactly where my problem. Why should I first go through a "fault finding process" on my apparel when it is clear as I mentioned above that the fault is definitely with the data coverage. I also pointed it out on their site on a map with the following ref nr EC-ZH9E-1EM0GV AT 08:45 But still no response.

I need to know when and if the problem will be fixed as I do a lot of internet bisiness.
