Upgrade Talk 75 to MyGig 1 Top Up

I Upgrade a Talk 75 to MyGig 1 top up on 1 December 2013 and people at Incredible Connection talk us we can uses the data and the money Left over on the talk 75 will be transfer to my gig 1 data. We used the data packets and by the mid December 2013 we received a sms to inform use of high usages. The next we know we had a bill of R5316.81 for data used. We went back to Incredible Connection and were told that this is impossible and that we should not be concerned about the bill. Now we have a problem were Incredible Connection says that we must sort it out with Vodacom, and Vodacom says we must sort it with Incredible Connection. Who do I go to in connection with this problem. Who can help me. I have several laptops deals with Vodacom for over 10 years were we lose data every month which we don't use but when we come to such a problem they cont compensate to assist. Maybe I must try another network.
